Payroll Specialist (5.5 Months)

YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
  • Process Philippines Payroll on a Semi-Monthly Basis by preparing Payroll Instructions and performing payroll controls and payroll register validation
  • Provide support to and execute the respective HR processes
  • Review HR policies and initiatives in order to ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Keep HR data quality Processes personnel administration, including usage of all correct transaction forms
  • Maintain budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, and fringe allowances
  • Ensure proper approvals for all relevant HR processes in the area of responsibility

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of one (1) years working experience in International Payroll; Preferably with expertise in Philippines payroll process obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in Dayforce and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, with keenness to details, time management, and collaboration skills
  • Amenable to accept 5.5 months fixed-term contract, and work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
