The Vital Link: Employee Networks

Network groups are an important and very welcome component of our global Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Within the global and local networks that exist, employees are given the freedom to pursue their interests in the company and with the support of others. Yet such platforms not only link employees together who share the same interests but also employees from different business units, functions and generations.

Current employee networks include the following:


  • eltern@Henkel: Network for parents, both mothers and fathers at the Düsseldorf-Holthausen site
  • Henkel International Network: Network of non-German managers seconded to Germany (formerly: Expat Network)
  • Henkel Network Circle: Network for all Henkel employees at the Düsseldorf-Holthausen site interested in “looking beyond their own horizons”
  • Intern Network: Network of interns at the Düsseldof-Holthausen site
  • Women in Leadership (WiL): Network for women in leadership positions in Germany
