Henkel's General Industry business unit is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art industrial adhesives, sealants and metal pretreatment technologies to a variety of industrial markets for assembly and maintenance and repair. Our product brands like Loctite, Teroson or Bonderite stand for highest performance, innovation and reliability.

What we offer

  • Generate new business by identifying new applications, increase customer base and conduct training and seminars for end-users and customers. Ensure sales growth and Introduce new products
  • Value selling opportunity in interactions with (Research and Development) R&D and process engineers at customer end.
  • Ensure sales growth by introducing new products and applications. Managing distributors to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales representative.
  • Coordinate with technical team,marketing and supply chain for conducting Seminars and Promotional activities
  • Identify new projects and customers for automobile glass fitting  

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelors' degree in Engineering with major in Mechanical or Chemical.
  • Minimum (Four) 4 years’ of experience channel sales for automobile glass fitting.
  • Must have experience with Key account management and distribution management.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
