In Australia and New Zealand, we operate within all of Henkel’s three strategic business areas: Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care.

Henkel is searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Recruitment Partner to join our ANZ HR Team on a part-time basis of 3 days (22.5 hours) per week. Based in our French's Forest office in Sydney, this pioneering role is responsible for the managing the end to end recruitment process covering a diverse portfolio of requisitions for Henkel Australia and New Zealand. 

What we offer

  • Creates the go-to-market strategy for each requisition and implements staffing requirements by conducting candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with various stakeholders within the recruitment process and prepares onboarding schedule for new joiners
  • Analyses ANZ talent market trends and conducts talent mapping activities to support future requirements
  • Works in close cooperation with the Center of Expertise (COE) in managing projects to a local successful implementation
  • Manages and updates recruitment tools during the recruitment cycle including provide recruitment reports
  • Acts as the Recruitment Business Partner for the key stakeholders in the recruitment cycle

Who we are looking for

  • Degree qualified with at least 3 years’ recruiting experience ideally from a conglomerate and/or in a global recruitment company
  • Sound knowledge regarding best in class recruitment trends and candidate sourcing methodology
  • Experience in using Taleo, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and social recruiting platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
