Our Recruitment Process…

The Recruitment Process at Henkel consists of several steps.

In the first step, we invite you to post your profile on our Online Application Tool. This flexible online tool offers you the possibility to apply for open positions or speculatively. At any time, you are able to re-access your profile in order to update it or to apply for other interesting open positions. Speed and quality of processing all applications is of vital importance to us. Therefore, we would like to ask you to send your application and all relevant documents (i.e. CV/Resume, references etc) only via our online application tool. If you apply for an open position, we will carefully examine your profile, checking to see if you meet our needs. If you qualify as a candidate, we will get in contact to learn more about you. Most likely this will be with an initial interview over the phone. This gives both, you and us, an opportunity to answer any open questions.

During our selection process we will give you an opportunity to talk with our Human Resources Managers, as well as a representative from any specialty area that might be appropriate for you.

In the selection procedure, we will evaluate your job-related potential. This will be done during the interviews but also by means of skill tests, ability tests, or assessment centers, depending on the type of position. By determining your strengths, we are better able to establish an optimal “fit”.
