Bank Sarasin confirms high sustainability performance

Henkel receives highest grade in corporate rating

In April 2003, Bank Sarasin re-assessed Henkel's environmental and social performance. In the corporate category, Henkel's performance was rated as "high", the best possible grade. Henkel is classed as belonging to the consumer goods industry, and its sector rating is "medium".

The aim of Bank Sarasin's rating is to identify companies who increase their shareholder value, not despite their environmental and social performance, but because of it. The results of the corporate and sectoral ratings form the basis of various investment products for both private and institutional investors.
