Besides the filled-out form, your application should include the following:

• Resume
• Copies of certificates (Abitur, intermediate diploma, diploma etc.)
• Certificates with grades, letters of reference from lecturers
• Description of the projects or the studies
• Specification of costs (list of monthly incomes and expenses)
• Bank details
