HYSOL UV3000
HYSOL UV3000 is a UV curable adhesive designed for high throughput assembly operations. This adhesive can withstand exposure to temperatures as high as 200°C. It can be used for glass bonding as well as lens attach applications on photonics, image sensor & camera module assembly.
