Hysol ECCOCOAT C110-5-4
HYSOL ECCOCOAT C115-5-4 is a one-component, electrically conductive epoxy for tantalum capacitors. It is heat resistant after cure, and features fast cure after solvent evaporation when applied on thin films. It is a lower viscosity version of C110.
