Henkel Saudi Arabia awarded
Committed to Leadership in Sustainability
Henkel received the King Khaled Award for Responsible Competitiveness for 2011. The award recognizes Saudi and multinational companies for successfully integrating social and environmental goals with business performance. The finalists were short-listed from the Saudi Responsible Competitiveness Index, a detailed annual benchmark analyzed by SAGIA, the King Khaled Foundation and Accountability - a global research organization.
Henkel Saudi Arabia also won the CHEP award for Sustainability 2011. In this category CHEP recognizes Henkel’s commitments in sustainability leadership, with focus on environmental affairs, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. CHEP is a partner with many companies worldwide for sustainability, and CHEP commended Henkel for a recent sustainability project the company collaborated with Carrefour.
