ISO TS 16949 certificates are location specific certificates (not a matrix certification like for standards DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Every location has its own certificate (validity = 1 year).  
Therefore you will find on the Henkel homepage only an affirmation of the ISO TS 16949. This means that all locations with an ISO TS 16949 certification are itemized on this affirmation.
