Take three to six months to experience first hand what it is that distinguishes a Henkel employee and makes them successful. Discover the dynamism of life and work at an international market-leading company. After agreeing on your personal targets at the beginning of your internship, you’re challenged to give free rein to your ambitions. You’ll be integrated into the workplace from your very first day, and will be able to make use of a variety of opportunities available to interns. Meanwhile you can rely on continuous support by members of the HR department and your mentor, who will be an experienced member of your department. You will receive feedback from both.

You will work on our daily business and projects as a fully-fledged member of the team. In addition, there will be plenty of chances to catch a glimpse of life beyond your department – in regular presentations by different departments, for example. Perhaps you’re a marketing intern and you’d like to spend a day scouting out the management accounting department? You have the opportunity do so by accompanying an intern from the other department. Our “Double-In” program is designed to promote multi-faceted thinking and working during your internship. You will have numerous opportunities to build up and develop your personal network – by making use of our online interns’ community and taking part in our intern days, for example. Grasp your chance and make an impression with your fresh ideas and initiative just like the approx. 1000 interns at our headquarters in Düsseldorf and our affiliate companies worldwide, who are already getting their first experience of Henkel. But we also make sure that you have a healthy amount of free time so that you can give rein to your spirit of adventure.
