Jochen Krautter, currently responsible for the Henkel Technologies business sector, and Alois Linder, currently responsible for the Consumer & Craftsmen Adhesives business sector, will jointly head this new business sector until June 30, 2007.

Effective July 1, 2007, Jochen Krautter, personally liable managing partner of Henkel KGaA of many years, will resign from the Management Board as planned. Alois Linder will then assume the sole responsibility for the new Adhesives Technologies business sector.
