S & P upgraded Henkel’s credit ratings to A/A-1

As a result of Henkel’s improved financial profile and a more conservative financial policy, the rating agency Standard and Poor’s upgraded Henkel’s credit ratings to “A” long-term and “A-1” short-term (from “A-“ long-term and “A-2” short-term). The outlook is stable.
