TecTalis is easily applicable in already existing lines. In most cases only slight modifications are necessary, and the process is ready to be started.
For greenfield applications TecTalis offers enormous cost saving potential. The line can be designed much shorter with higher productivity and similar performance levels of zinc phosphate.
TecTalis coatings are generally less than 100 nm in thickness. Being a typical representative of the nanoceramics, it combines ecological saving potentials with superior quality and performance.
