Ten homes in two days: a magnificent achievement by James Timperon and his team. The group was working on behalf of a foundation known as “Tabitha Cambodia”, which was founded in 1994. It helps impoverished families to become financially independent by working their own land, for instance by growing their own vegetables or practicing a trade.

Timperon and other helpers first collected donations to pay for the materials to build the houses. After securing funds for the construction of ten homes, the volunteers made their way to Cambodia, where they completed all ten huts in just two days – in temperatures of 40 degrees in the shade.
