YOUR ROLE
- Construct good/ appropriate relationship with contracted manufacturer
- Create purchase order based on forecast DP created & safety stock setting & inventory freshness
- Delivery date/ quality management; adjust or change if necessary
- Manage target countries’ replenishment/ request based on purchase/ inventory situation and convert them to PO
- Help OEM issue invoice correctly with checking SAP GR record
- Develop reports linked to purchase & inventory
- Monitor master data quality and consistency and coordinate required adaptations with the responsible functions
- Conduct ad hoc analysis in Inventory Management and portfolio management
