YOUR ROLE

  • Support Henkel’s participation in ESG ratings and rankings relevant for investors and customers ensuring, the
    company's leading positioning
  • Support project management activities related to ratings, rankings and disclosure
  • Support in carrying out analysis on ratings
  • Carry out monitoring and benchmarking of overall external developments, incl. market and regulatory
    developments, investor and customer expectations as well as competitors to leverage this knowledge for the
    development of Henkel's sustainability positioning
  • Provide support in sustainability reporting efforts, including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability
    Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other disclosure requirements
  • Support in ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management
  • Support work in gremia and engage in advocay efforts to drive ESG initiatives with internal and external
    stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Sustainability, Management, Science, Politics 
  • 4 years of relevant professional experience with focus on project or sustainability management
  • knowledge in project management, sustainability/environmental management, processes, documentation, analytics
  • Knowledge of project management (e.g. agile, waterfall project management methodologies)
  • Experience in documentation, e.g. of processes, and in analytics
  • Expertise in sustainability and basic understanding about ESG reporting
    frameworks like CSRD
  • Analytical thinking with ability to see the bigger picture as well as details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively on all levels within the organization and with diverse stakeholders, across different teams and functions
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
