Then we are looking for YOU, our future Sales & Marketing Specialist

What we offer

  • Marketing
  • You fully coordinate the translations of international marketing materials and local produced materials of our Schwarzkopf Professional brands (like Bonacure, OSiS, Blondme)
  • You are responsible for several digital projects (Schwarzkopf apps, Schwarzkopf website)
  • You inform the customer marketeers about new projects and coordinate them on various levels, including contact with our international head office in Hamburg and Barcelona. You forecast the quantities of future product launches.
  • You are involved in the pricing strategy of our products. You initiate profit&loss analysis, conduct competitor research, make proposals to the management team, discuss our pricing strategy with our international office etc.
  • Sales
  • You fulfill an analysis role for our sales department. Eg white spot analysis, innovation tracker analysis etc.
  • You coordinate translations for sales materials.
  • You are responsible for creating sales mailings & follow-up
  • Incidentally tele-sales activities and consolidation of sales administration requests.

Who we are looking for

  • You have an economic, preferably marketing / business administration academic degree. 1-2 working experience in marketing and/or sales environment is appreciated.
  • You speak and write perfect Dutch, French and English.
  • Affinity with branded premium consumer goods and hairdressing business.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and result oriented.
  • Able to deal with large amounts of tasks & information (even under time pressure). Able to condense it to presentable report.
  • Strong communicator: able to stand your ground and communicate your point at various managerial levels. Using quantitative and qualitative data to generate information for the various contacts both internally and externally.
  • You are digital ‘savvy’, high knowledge on and experienced in the latest trends in social media.
  • You have a creative mind, a can-do mentality and very hands on.
