e-commerce Key Account Manager (Home Care & Laundry)

Add value to the Korea Laundry and Home care business by taking a leadership role in the integration of e-commerce, Marketing and Trade marketing strategies. Develop e-commerce channel including key e-retailers and vendors and continuously enhance sales fundamental.

What we offer

  • Plan and implement sales promotional activities and strategies with the distributor to grow sales and margins with key customers
  • Manage the relationship between Henkel and e-commerce vendors or e-retailers, answering queries, resolving problems etc.
  • Working in close cooperation with other sales channels, trade marketing and global e-commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Following profitability of e-commerce on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth
  • Executing brand strategies and ensuring key e-retailers and vendors
  • Directly report to e-commerce manager

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Experienced in e-commerce business or off-line key account management dealing with HQ and understanding of Roles & Responsibilities of e-commerce Management
  • Communication skills to build cross functional teamwork
  • Good English communication skills
