Our Center of Expertise Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team in APAC designs and develops strategic HR programs for Recruitment and Employer Branding to strengthen our APAC team with the best talents. Attraction, recruitment and retention of talented and ambitious people are crucial for our global business success. The team is responsible for the strategic planning, creation, facilitation and implementation of best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals. Therefore, we have strong alliances with our global HR and business colleagues. We are looking for a talent acquisition and branding expert who can leverage and improve our end to end recruitment experience and customer engagement touch points.

What we offer

  • Create a smooth user experience for all stakeholders in the recruitment experience, across process, platforms,

  • Using our recruitment suite, look for opportunities to enhance and simply the experience of all stakeholders, candidate, hiring manager, recruiter, hiring manager and broader community 

  • Partner with the full COE team ensuring our external and internal recruitment platforms from an employer branding and talent acquisition viewpoint are driving towards achieving the KPI’s.

  • Implement and embed the global Candidate Talent Relationship /Management process focusing on the sourcing and conversion of Henkel suited candidates for professional, campus and intern

  • Leveraging digital sourcing channels by efficient planning, rollout and implementation of a global Sourcing strategy

  • Cooperate effectively with existing and potential internal and external partnerships

  • Driving project collaboration and regional best practice sharing within the global recruitment network

  • Steering of APAC CoE and Recruitment Team specific initiatives inc. providing training communication and recommendations for improvement with supporting business case to stakeholders inc HR, Recruitment, Business and external groups as required.  

What we are looking for

  • University degree.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role and/or in a global company

  • Convincing track record in customer engagement in talent acquisition space.

  • Experience of creating new talent acquisition engagement processes and user experiences.

  • Good understanding of how to use all media forms including social recruitment platforms to impact recruitment success.

  • Strong mobile /digital awareness in day to day working life

  • Communications/ Copy Writing Skills

  • Strong Presentation and influencing skills

  • Good recruitment data analytic background

  • Innovative ideas and strong conceptual as well as process-driven thinking

  • Passion for recruitment and employer branding and communication topics 

  • Good level of assertiveness

  • Good project management skills

  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels inside and outside of our organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good Chinese skills
