YOUR ROLE
- Develop short-, mid-, long-term forecast plan in APO for Beauty Professional Haircare assortment
- Analyze monthly forecast accuracy results and drive value added discussions with business
- Align customer demand and promotional activities with local Sales and Marketing
- Synchronize efficiently the local customization activities including labelling and co-packing
- Monitor the inventory level, reduce slow movers and destruction in the local warehouses
- Coordinate new product launches with Regional Marketing and Central Logistics
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans -Participate in global project rollouts
- Supporting the Regional Supply Chain and Demand Planning Team from February 2020 to August 2021 (limited contract)
