  • Managing production in Tuzla plant with low cost and high productivity according to Henkel and national standards and safety and security laws
  • Conducting the production related projects and adapt technological innovations to production
  • Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and making sure that production planning is respected
  • Setting the GMP & Hygiene standards and ensuring these rules are strictly followed in the production areas
  • Monitoring and further increase the productivity and the motivation of the blue collars in the production part
  • Assuming responsibility for the production budget, for the selection and maintenance of equipment
  • Ensuring that Henkel Safety, Health and Environment guidelines are implemented
  • Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Safety Healthy Environment and Lean Managers
  • Following technological trends and implement new relevant projects accordingly in the Plant in order to improve productivity/quality and ensuring that employees take part in it
  • Making the coordination with Henkel affiliated production departments for each technology development, improvement, best practice sharing and problem solving
  • Managing the capacity planning, the cost and the investment budgeting of the production units with cooperation of engineering
  • Having a management adequate to the work law and the unionist agreement elements which are defined in the work law and union agreement
  • Making risk analysis to prevent work accidents and incidents which can cause Lost time cases
  • Trouble shooting of the process and equipment used in production facilities to eliminate / minimize the production stops


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, MS Degree will be a plus
  • Minimum 4 years production, planning and/or logistics experience preferably in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Strong leadership abilities; building efficient relations between the several departments in order to facilitate, a quick and adequate decision process
  • Self-motivator and as well able to motivate the employees especially in critical conditions
  • Experienced to work in hazardous production environment
  • Team leadership and project management experience preferred
