YOUR ROLE

  • The Country Customer Service manager is accountable for all aspects of customer order management, within the countries: Poland, Czech, Slovakia
  • Deploy staff effectively to ensure that all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner
  • Overall country Customer Service & team management
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure they provide service to Adhesive Business Unit customers at the highest level
  • Supervise the management of orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiations, resolving credit blocks, stock issues, & invoice disputes
  • Manage of customer complaints
  • Monitoring of customers receivables
  • Analysing important management information to ensure customers are being properly treated
  • Liaise regularly with other functions such as Finance, Shared Service Centre, Control Tower & Sales, to ensure customer requirements are fully understood
  • Assisting in the recruitment, development and appraisal of staff
  • Manage Customer Service budget

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong leadership experience (coaching and people development skills)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Polish & English language
  • Customer focussed
  • Fully conversant SAP (or similar) CS related transactions & reporting functions
  • Very good communication and analytical skills
  • The capacity to work well under pressure
  • Efficient user of Micrososft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
