YOUR ROLE

  • Execute regional product development decisions and apply globally aligned TCS/PD processes
  • Provide technical guidance for product related issues to internal and external customers and support the technical sales representatives to carry out technical product trainings
  • Visiting customers and selling to them products for chemical pretreatment
  • Execute regular local/sub-regional competitor benchmarking
  • Exchange information with the regional and global TCS/PD team and debrief local/regional sales and marketing teams
  • Carry out technical evaluation and approval of 3 PM products and monitor the quality
  • Creation and maintenance of technical datasheets, responsibility for documentation in SAP

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Ideally 5 years of professional experience with adhesives, e.g. as a craftsman or guiding/training craftsmen in a construction company or own experience in “Do-it-yourself” jobs with gluing, fixing, sealing.
  • Educational and professional background in the fields of Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology 
  • Professional experience with chemicals or work in laboratory is big advantage
  • Experience in an intercultural environment 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Open and creative mindset, inspired by working in a team 
  • Fluent English (German would be beneficial) 
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, Outlook and SAP
