YOUR ROLE

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Automotive Aftermarket Sector developing LOCTITE and TEROSON brands sales in this market
  • Manage key customers in the automotive sector (car makers) and spare parts wholesalers developing new applications and activities in collaboration with marketing and technical customer service

  • Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, managing both short and long term results

  • Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers in particular in OES and automotive spare parts distribution sector

  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends

  • Build and execute sales and marketing plans

  • Learn from the sales team and contribute to growth of it

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
  • Consistent sales experience
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Good level of English language
