HR Business Partner - One-Year Intern

YOUR ROLE

  • Work closely with process and hiring managers to oversee staffing needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the local HR department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
  • Steer the objectives of the HR department and cascade employer branding initiatives to the shared service center (SSC)
  • Conduct regular meetings with team/process managers and develop trusted relationships with departmental leaders
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the SSC, assisting them in understanding compensation & rewards programs, training & development programs, and ensuring consistency of proper management & communication practices


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
  • Maximum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably at a multinational company
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory (spoken & written)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of dealing with diverse stakeholders
