YOUR ROLE

  • Summary: To provide Financial Leadership, governance and strategy execution for Regional SBU (Sub Business Unit) Adhesive Electronics (AEE).  
  • Responsible to help identify, quantify and track strategic initiatives and to provide management support to the AEE Regional SBU. In addition, develop financial plans, budget and ensure proper financial & cost measures to achieve AEE Regional targets.
  •  Actively partner with all facets of the business and collaboratively with cross-functional and global business partners to drive and steer financial forecasting, monthly reporting, governance and analysis for key business partners 
  • Maximize efficiency and effectiveness by defining, designing and managing the development of value added reporting and analytical tools necessary to execute the Global AEE SBU strategy. 
  • Assist and drive SAP projects, consulting projects, divestments and acquisitions; incl integration of new business opportunities

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA preferred -
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing internal dotted line relationships 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong finance skills – track record of understanding financial and business systems/ processes and proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify and define potential issues, opportunities and develop solutions creating value 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to interact with and challenge senior management -
  • Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships will all levels and various functions of the organization 
  • Knowledge of IFRS as well as complete understanding of financial statements and financial processes 
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop into leadership role. 
  • Possess the ability to work with top management, demonstrated project management skills
