  • Gather, evaluate, and produce all data and analytical information to be shared with all sales channels within the company. 
  • Work closely with the Director’s of Sales in identifying informational needs required to accelerate the sales efforts through our distribution partners.
  • Work with Sr. Sales Planner on forecasting, inventory analytics, sell in and sell through information, and others related information to effectively manage the sales process.
  • Acting as the Brand compliance officer this position will assist the VP of Sales & the General Manager with the CSDA L6 compliance processes for the company. 
  • Assigned as the Culver City office liaison between the field sales teams and the Marketing Team that provides the field with all data content needed to execute sales plans.
  • Work cross functionally with the Sales, Marketing, and Education teams to provide tools and resources for the field sales team.
  •  Maintain consistent daily/weekly communication with Director of Field Sales


  • Proven data analytical background with 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent role experience. 
  • High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, OneNote, and other administrative tools required for completing the tasks of the role.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence. 
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to work with cross functional team members. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information to develop fact-based recommendations.
