Working with  local and global teams, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering content for a variety of digital platforms for both paid and organic campaigns. Working collaboratively with our other teams, you'll also be the day to day lead managing our local creator and influencer program - ensuring we maintain reach, engagement as well as relevance and credibility.

With broad experience in the development of breakthrough innovations in the fields of Hair Colouring, Hair Care and Hair Styling. In the UK our brands include Live Colour, Color Expert, Got2b and Right Guard.  

About the role: We're looking for a creative, passionate storyteller to join our small but growing Digital team in Beauty Care. Our office is based in Hemel Hempstead but will require regular trips to our agencies and partners based mainly in London.


  • Be a passionate and engaging storyteller who has thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Have experience of managing and amplifying organic, paid and earned content 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to take our Creator/Influencer program to the next level by adding new talent to our pool as well as by maintaining our existing relationships
  • Align with our Global Marketing team on content requirements and make the best use of global assets, whilst also identifying and filling local content gaps
  • Ensure our brands stay relevant, authentic and engaging by creating content calendars which align with Global, Brand Manager and eCommerce goals.
  • Manage GB owned content updates for websites, whilst developing benchmarks for content performance to ensure we are consistently improving our performance and engagement
  • Stay up to date with digital innovations and maintain a clear view of what is relevant and what is not relevant for driving Henkel's brands
  • Work with our eCommunity manager to be the eyes and ears of our brands, actively listening to trends and hot topics, whilst also actively managing our communities 


  • Proven success with managing social media programs  and a deep understanding of the social media landscape, including some paid social experience.

  • Leadership and credibility to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix management
  • Experience of developing a test and learn approach to your work, and of gaining insight and sharing to wider teams
  • Understanding of online communities, with community management experience.
  • A keen eye for high-performing/quality content and the ability to provide creative insights on content execution across social networks.
  • Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, Google analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills; copywriting experience is a huge plus.
  • Creativity, cross-collaboration ability, and a “make it happen” spirit
  • Prior experience working in UK FMCG markets ideally in Beauty or Personal care is a plus
