YOUR ROLE

  • Support Global Process Organization department in highly strategic projects that aim to harmonize processes across business units (BU) worldwide, e.g. project management and system integration
  • Understand end-to-end processes and detect synergies across BU in line with the overall Henkel strategy “Simplify”
  • Get your own set of responsibilities for a specific project
  • Actively support change management during design and implementation of new processes and tools
  • Obtain knowledge for tools and processes within a specific area
  • Be part of a motivated, international and dynamic team of high-profile experts
  •  

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business informatics or business related studies 
  • Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and motivational skills
  • Team player with pro-active mindset, willingness to try new ways and high degree of performance orientation
