  • Transform GCC strategy and ensure local implementation
  • Set clear objectives that are consistent with company’s goals with each member of the regional team.
  • Set annual top line & bottom line (GP1) and distribution targets per trade channel per area with full accountability to achieve.
  • Responsible for the country P&L
  • Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate.
  • Improve the organization’s market position and achieve its financial growth.
  • Manage distributor – shipment, payment and resource allocation
  • Successfully managing internal resources needed for success.

Trade Marketing:

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate the current market situation and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set customized Trade Marketing plan (Loyalty Programs - trade promotions - Incentive schemes).
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region, including key accounts. Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in accounts through sales analysis and forecasting.
  • Obtain targeted results through the sales team by motivating, coaching on the job and ensuring the development of the sales team know-how and expertise.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Personally observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis through coaching and double visits and leading by example.
  • Highly interested in finding new machineries and technique in the market.
  • Maintain a physical presence in the region to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
  • Reporting: submitting weekly reports to management that reflect closed business, forecasted business, pipeline development and other management issues or concerns.


  • 7-10 years of experience within FMCG industry, with at least 5 years of experience as a sales manager
  • Exceptional Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Revenue and stock Management
  • Good command of English & Arabic is preferable (written and oral)
  • Customer and revenue driven
  • Excellent People management and positive role model
