HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

YOUR ROLE

  • Support global, regional and country specific Human Resource policies and processes by providing Human Resource advice to internal customers (employees and managers) via e-mail, calls and the Human Resource intranet site
  • Locate resources and information through Human Resource support teams to answer more difficult queries
  • Handle inquiries from different countries throughout the regions handled by HR SSC Manila and will be required to offer support in English and Mandarin
  • Handle end to end Employee Lifecycle management documents
  • Support Contract Management including Legal aspects for regular and Ad-hoc communication with authorities and issuing letters of reference, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Must be fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English Language
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or related course
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred
  • Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience is an advantage
  • With good problem solving and decision making skills, keen to details, and excellent customer service orientation
