YOUR ROLE

• A motivating job participating in implementing the short and long-term business goals and strategies.

• You will be responsible for development and implementation of the Account plan from an omni-channel perspective, incl. FY Financial account planning, objectives for distribution, volume, space- and category management and profitability as part of the total Sweden plans.

• You will develop, present and sell-in profitable brand plans tailored for the specific Key Accounts inc. promotions, range and space reviews etc.

• You will monitor and evaluate customer development, market conditions and competitive actions.

• You ensure the optimal information flow by coordinating the information between the sales team and different internal and external stakeholders.

• You will support other KAM:s in various tasks.

• The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a University degree in sales/economics.

• You have previous sales/category working experience in FMCG business within Key Account management.

• You have commercial business interest and a good knowledge of the Swedish trade from an omni-channel perspective.

• You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set.

• You are able to work without supervision, make priorities and to work towards both long and short term goals.

• You are result-oriented, flexible, sales-minded relationship builder and a good team player.

• You are fluent in English and Swedish.

• You have good knowledge in the Microsoft Office Program, Nielsen software and Google analytics.
