YOUR ROLE

  • Leading, creating, and directing regional adhesive business strategy as well as all global relationships for European-headquartered customers
  • Driving and professionalizing the structure of the KAM function at the regional/global level
  • Steering joint innovation roadmap with customers
  • Ensuring growth in key, high potential geographic markets: India, Middle East, and Eastern Europe
  • Leading the key account team to effectively fulfill the planned sales Work on talent and succession pipeline within the Key Account team


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Economics, International Management or other relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years work experience in Sales
  • Ideally work experience in adhesive or tape industry
  • Strong B2B experience working with customers in the FMCG space
  • Good strategic view and knowledge in Key Account Management 
  • Strong leadership experience 
  • Fluent English skills
