YOUR ROLE

  • Lead initiatives in Standardization of Processes in Operational Systems and Lean Enterprise elements (Six Sigma, VSM, 5S, Problem solving, TPM, OEE, Change Over)
  • Lead A3 projects on key issues/opportunities identified by the business
  • Evaluate key manufacturing processes (benchmarks/best practices) and develop plans to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Train/Coach and develop operations team members and facilitate CI/Lean workshops/events targeting specific improvement opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional projects tasked with improving manufacturing and supply chain processes and lead cultural changes at the site and support continued deployment of Lean Enterprise

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain 
  • Minimum 7-10 year experience in lean manufacturing environment, must have 5 years of experience as lean site leader or manager 
  • Must be Six Sigma green belt certified, black belt preferred 
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3 experience
  • Competent in project management, possessing the ability to lead continuous improvement workshops/events
