Our TCS Team is focused on supporting the technical needs of our customers through both lab based and customer facing projects and activities. 

  • This work includes addressing specific customer needs as well as assisting with general market initiatives such as performance validation and data generation for new product introductions. 

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to create and execute project plans, and be able to collaborate and work with diverse Teams and functions in order to understand customer needs and value streams.

  • As a member of the TCS Team, the individual will participate in projects aimed at addressing customer needs. 

  • Work may include defining the capabilities of new product technologies, and/or developing new test procedures in order to optimize product performance and selection.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering and Chemistry.
