Strategic Key Account Manager - Paper Solutions Europe (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Managing responsibility for major key accounts using our adhesives for Paper Solutions in Europe
  • Coverage of existing business and continuous business development in regards of turnover, profitability and innovation
  • Developing network at KA from operational level to Senior Management
  • Intensive Team cooperation with the Adhesive Packaging Sales & Technical team in Europe
  • Initiation, planning and execution of line trials and product launches under test and/or production conditions and leading international cross functional project teams
  • Formulation and execution of regularly updated key account plans as well as strategic short-/long-term business plans and forecasts
  • Excellent project management to introduce our innovative new products and technologies
  • Monitoring of market and competition, complaints handling and commercial/technical negotiations
  • Close cooperation with internal Product Development, Technical Customer Service and Marketing as well as the respective Steering Units and other central departments


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master in Engineering or Science and/or Business Administration
  • 5+ years experience in technical service / technical sales and/or B2B sales with strong focus on value selling and business/sales management
  • Experience in the Paper industry is a plus
  • Exemplary project and international key account management
  • Top ability to deliver excellent results under minimal supervision and high workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills
  • Team player and strong decisiveness to win and to achieve challenging targets
  • Up-to-date computer skills digitally minded to use all new tools  
  • Willingness for frequent national/international business travels
  • Fluent English, German a plus
