Digital Asset Management (DAM) Product Owner (d/f/m)

  • Understand and underpin markets & business needs, in order to govern and guide them in the path to digitally transform Digital Asset Management within processes, organization, performance metrics, and digital assets strategy
  • Business guidance of the platform architects & external technical service provider
  • In depth knowledge of digital asset and content management systems, also consulting businesses on how best to leverage and exploit such systems, always adopting an outside in perspective
  • Own, shape, and drive DAM product roadmap and strategy, including leading and harmonizing needs or implementation of new functionality and processes
  • Lead creation and evolution of digital asset management capabilities, including streamlining processes, governance, metadata standards and driving best practices for digital asset management


  • MBA or other advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • Business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology background with a strong focus on B2B & B2C digital marketing activities & processes
  • Minimum 5 years of proven digital marketing, customer experience, or information technology experience, ideally within large companies
  • In depth professional knowledge and experience working in an IT agile environment, with Product Owner certification a plus
  • Very good knowledge of digital asset and content management systems, with Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge and experience in strategy principles and concepts for assets and digital content management (DAM, master data, metadata taxonomy, media digital rights management, data governance, and SEO practices)
  • Very good presentation and communication skills, in order to drive larger transformational projects across the globe with the right sponsorship and buy-in
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English - both verbally and in writing
