YOUR ROLE

  • To be responsible for the delivery of Sales on primary and secondary by monthly and annually 
  • Should have excellent track record of working with distributors and to follow systems and process, to work together with team of sales officer, technical team, coordinate Logistics, finance and other interdepartmental functions. 
  • To ensure that the monthly money collection control is within plan and to make strategies to increase distribution footprints by acquiring new customers and increase sales. 
  • To effectively execute and implement marketing programs in the salon 
  • To ensure team follow daily reporting structure through sales field automation.
  • To Provide market feedback on promotions and competitions activities on timely.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Preferably MBA with good communication skills 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience from the relevant industry. 
  • Should have minimum 2 years of Team handling experience
