YOUR ROLE 

  • This job involves working with Automotive and Auto Ancillaries in Northern region of India to grow the Metal pretreatment, Cutting Oils and Lubrication segment of Henkel.
  • Responsible and accountable for Key Accounts handling, Generating new business by identifying new opportunities/customers, increase customer base and conduct training and seminars for end-users or customers.
  • Promote the company’s products or services addressing or predicting clients objectives, Manage Distributors so as to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales reps etc.
  • Ensure fast and accurate sales reporting and forecasting to supervisor, Provide first hand trouble shooting support to customers. Distributor’s appointment, as and when required, Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

YOUR SKILLS

  • Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B.
  • Experience in handling Coolants and Lubricants business is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills and Fluent in English/ Hindi or local language.
  • Proficient presentation skills, Grasp on technical knowledge and project-handling skills are essential.
  • Should have Bachelor's degree,  MBA preferred.
