YOUR ROLE

  • The candidate will oversee research and development of new clients, management and retention of existing customers represented by specialized retailers and users in the industrial market
  • Management of commercial negotiations in compliance with the policies and targets shared with the company management and the finalization of technical-commercial proposals
  • Consultancy sales from design to maintenance, through practical demonstrations, seminars and customized and customer-specific technical analysis. Structured support adapted to different types of customers.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Technical Disciplines (mechanical training, chemistry)

  • Has gained good commercial experience in similar roles in B2B companies in the industrial market

  • Has a strong commercial inclination with a strong results orientation

  • Excellent problem solving skills and proactive sales management

  • Has knowledge modern computer systems

  • Has high interpersonal skills and a strong propensity to collaborate in teams

  • English language - written and spoken intermediate level required

  • Area of interest: Emilia Romagna: better if based in Bologna
