Production Lead, 2nd shift

  • Insure and assist with quality system compliance to include QS, IATF and ISO standards.

  • Assist in maintaining of 5-S program, Training of new employees and attend all required meetings.

  • Assist in preventing where possible and reducing down time, scrap, change over time on processes to help assist in meeting production goals and needs and work with Inventory Control to ensure that the needed components for area are adequate.

  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by providing feedback to supervisor regarding any issues, improvements or concerns and rumors.


  • HS diploma or GED.

  • One or more years’ experience in Manufacturing

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in computers including MS Word, Excel.
