Regional Education Manager -Schwarzkopf Professional

·Support and generate sales through education

·Build and support the distributor education team for distributors within an assigned territory in the United States

·Monitor and track the distributor education activity

·Implement Schwarzkopf Professional's ASK education curriculum at distributor level

·Trains ASK Experts, distributor sales consultants and hairdressers

·Trains, guides and develops Schwarzkopf Professional Regional ASK Experts (if applicable)

·Organize and launch new products to key accounts, distributor sales consultants, and distributor technical advisors in collaboration with his / her respective Schwarzkopf Professional Key Account Manager. 

·Establish distributor's annual education calendar for distributors and key accounts.

·Conduct technical interview/training for new distributor ASK Experts

·Mentor and develop new and existing distributor ASK Experts

·Track distributor ASK Experts activities on a monthly basis

·Train ASK Experts and stylists on all


  • 3- 5 years experience as working stylist who excels at hair color.

  • Experience with Schwarzkopf Professional or major manufacturer

  • Prior experience managing a remote team

  • Must have current drivers license and cosmetology license

  • Must be willing to travel up to 90%

  • Must be team oriented

  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Windows, & Excel

  • High level of organizational skills

  • Previous teaching / training / mentoring experience is a plus

  • High school graduate 

  • Employee must have the ability to lift 25 lbs and be physically capable of standing for pro-longed periods of time.
