Business Planning Manager (Demand Planning)

YOUR ROLE

  • The Business Planning manager leads the detailed item level demand planning function for Henkel's Packaging & Consumer Goods division.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, end customer service level and inventory turns along with conducting demand reviews that support sales and operations planning. 
  • Support the company’s culture and business mission by promoting communication, teamwork, and the respectful treatment of all individuals
  • Review history, statistical and enrichment alerts within division
  • Adjusts the item level forecast based on established processes. Communicate these adjustments to the planning team in a proactive manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and project managers to obtain forecasts and manage one direct report.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Demand Planning or similar role is required. 

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with other departments.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • ERP / SAP experience preferred.
