  • Understand and underpin markets & business needs, in order to support them in the path to digitally transform Marketing & Lead Management processes, organization, performance metrics, data models / data flows and being ready to embrace new Cloud based technology
  • Play a key role within Marketing & Lead Management ways of working transformation by owning current eCRM Evalanche (Marini Systems) tooling and supporting the implementation and adoption of a new Marketing Automation Cloud Technology, in E2E integration with Sales Cloud Automation Technology (such as SAP &
  • Vendor management responsibility for Evalanche by Marini Systems and vendor management support for new Marketing Automation and Customer Identity & Access Managemet (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Gigya)
  • Support global Digital Activation initiatives, new eco-systems pilots and best in class campaigns, working with multiple markets, businesses and functions


  • Business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology Master Education
  • Background with a strong focus on B2B & B2C digital marketing activities & processes
  • Min 5 years of proven Digital Marketing, Marketing & Sales CRM, or information technology hands-on experience, ideally within large companies or Consultancies
  • In-depth B2B Marketing CRM Business and Tech background is a big plus
  • In depth professional knowledge and experience working in an IT agile environment, with Product Owner certification as a plus
  • Proven experience within B2B and B2C Marketing (& Sales) Cloud Solutions (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Adobe) within/for large organizations
  • Strong Tech knowledge of key Customer Platforms and BI tooling
  • Very good presentation and communication skills, in order to support larger transformational projects across the globe with the right sponsorship and buy-in
  • Fluent business-level English
