YOUR ROLE

  • Account responsibility for a major Automotive OEM customer within Germany 
  • Develop, Drive and enable implementation of account plans within the Automotive environment 
  • Drive approval programs and coordinate implementation of new products/lines
  • Develop sustainable and long term relationships with accounts
  • Establish and share specific customer intelligence with stakeholders
  • Guide all relevant internal resources to execute account strategic roadmap
  • Deliver account targets

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Management, Engineering or Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management B2B (Automotive Industry Highly preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in General Management ideally in Adhesive Industry
  • Experience in Managing cross-functional teams in an international context
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English and German
