YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and build strategic business relationships with new and existing salons to promote brand awareness and maximize sales.
  • Defining the commercial strategy for each business partner, setting objectives and delivering operational excellence through the brand strategy
  • Actively identify new business opportunities to deliver on KPIs and market share goals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets and business goals
  • Nurture partner relationships to develop profitable business with exceptional service levels coupled with customer centric and retention focus
  • Partner with the education team on business development opportunities

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years as a sales executive from the haircare or premium beauty industry
  • A dynamic sales professional with a passion for sales, growing business and achieving KPIs
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Strong computer literacy skills – MS Office; Excel and CRM
  • High level ability to set priorities, time management, planning and organisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
