YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and develop the Henkel Beauty Shopper Marketing organization 
  • Guide the strategic vision of Beauty Shopper Marketing. Demonstrate Henkel as an indispensable business partner to drive growth within Beauty categories at strategic customers  
  • Utilize a deep understanding of the retail landscape and the role retail media plays in developing shopper and retail relationships 
  • Align planning process to meet retail planning needs with an eye towards critical milestones - line reviews, top to top meetings, etc 
  • Lead Customer/Brand Budget Allocation within customer segmentation process 
  • Leverage shopper insights and data to deliver break-through plans that motivate shopper behavior 
  • Create synergy between shopper marketing and e-commerce 
  • Drive executional excellence of integrated marketing campaigns by setting clear objectives and tracks performance against KPIs 
  • Ownership & accountability for Agency Relationship, scope of work and feedback loop

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred, with 10-15+ years of CPG experience preferred. Digital marketing experience a plus
  • Leadership capabilities: develop, challenge, inspire top performing team
  • Shopper insights, brief writing, digital marketing innovation, retailer specific platforms, and best practices. 
  • Creative problem solver that transforms data into useful insights and strategies to influence shopper behavior
  • Persuasive communicator with the ability to win support both cross functionally and with key retail customers.
