  • • Primarily a field sales position, you will work closely with all channels of distribution (Street, Stores, and Sub Distribution) within the SalonCentric organization. Field activity to include, but not limited to, store visits, SSC/DSC detailing, Sub owner meetings, sales meetings, key account involvement, all intended to drive sales through the specified sales channel. • Confirm and schedule incoming PO’s, approve and submit to Customer Service team for order entry. Also handle all credits associated for the distributors. • Work with Sales Planner and Demand Planning on forecasting of promotions and new product launches for assigned customers. • Work cross functionally with the Marketing and Education teams to provide tools and resources for the international partners. • Maintain consistent daily/weekly communication with distributor partner, as well as internal support team members to assure proper communication and execution of the sales/business plans.

YOUR SKILLS

  • • Proven Sales background with 5+ years of experience or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent role experience. • High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and other administrative tools. • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence. • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to work with cross functional team members. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information to develop fact-based recommendations.
